Xol is a desktop launcher and HUD client for Minecraft: Java Edition 1.8.9 and 1.7.10. It installs the game from Mojang and signs you in through Microsoft in your own browser.

What Xol does
A HUD you arrange yourself
HUD modules and a HUD editor, opened in game with Right Shift. You choose what shows and where. The docs list every module and what it does.
Sign-in in your own browser
You sign in on Microsoft's page, never inside Xol. Your tokens stay on your computer and are never sent to Xol. How sign-in works.
Signed updates
Every release is signed. Xol checks the signature and the download before it installs anything. Updates download in the background and install when you close Xol.
Each server sets its own rules. Some forbid all modified clients, others forbid single features such as toggle sprint. Check the rules of the server you play on. Xol does not claim approval from any server.

For Macs with an M1 chip or newer. macOS 12 or later. Minecraft 1.7.10 and 1.8.9 run on native Apple Silicon Java, with Rosetta 2 as the fallback.

These builds are not signed with an Apple or Microsoft certificate yet, so macOS and Windows show a warning the first time you open Xol. The docs show the one-time step for each system.
Official downloads only come from xol.dev. Copies of Xol offered anywhere else may be unsafe.
